I did the chart from Cyril Fagan's book , Zodiacs Old And New: A Probe Into Antiquity And What Was Found

Nisan (or Nissan; Hebrew: נִיסָן, Standard Nīsan, Tiberian Nīsān) in the Hebrew and the Babylonian calendars, is the month of the barley ripening and first month of spring. The name of the month is an Akkadian language borrowing, although ultimately originates in Sumerian nisag "first fruits". In the Hebrew calendar it is the first month of the ecclesiastical year, called the "first of the months of the year" (Book of Exodus 12:1-2), "first month" (Ex 12:14), and the month of Aviv (Ex 13:4) בְּחֹ֖דֶשׁ הָאָבִֽיב ḥōḏeš hā-’āḇîḇ). It is called Nisan in the Book of Esther in the Tanakh and later in the Talmud, which calls it the "New Year", Rosh HaShana, for kings and pilgrimages. It is a month of 30 days. Nisan usually falls in March–April on the Gregorian calendar. Counting from 1 Tishrei, the civil new year, it would be the seventh month (eighth, in leap year), but this is not done in Jewish culture.

Interestingly both Sun and Saturn have been associated with the Mesopotamian Sun God Shamash/Utu who was also patron of Truth and Justice.

The scales was sacred to Shamash/Utu, and the constellation Zi-ba-an-na 'The Scales'  represented him. It was known as Zi-ba-an-na.

Saturn has also been associated with the  Ninurta who was a Mesoptamian God of agriculture who was later depicted as a war god. He recovered the Tablets of Destiny.

Aries was known as 'Lu-hun-ga 'The Hired Man' and the Mesopotamian shepherd god Tammuz/Dumuzi was the regent of the constellation. Tammuz/.Dumuzi was the husband of Ishtar/Inanna who chose him to take her place in the Underworld.  He spends Fall and Winter in the Underworld. He spends Spring and Summer on Earth.

The constellation Pisces was known as Kun-mes 'The Tails'   They were two fishes.  

According Gavin White's book The Babylonian Star-lore, The Babylonian exaltation for Venus was Anunitum (Northern Fish of Pisces)

Gavin White wrote that the name Anunitum can be translated as the 'goddess of heaven'. Her name thus marks her as an Akkadian version of Inanna whose name similarly means the 'Lady of Heaven'

Venus, the planet associated with Ishtar/Inanna exalted in a constellation whose name is Akkadian version of Inanna is very interesting. 

Ishtar/Inanna descended in the Underworld and was killed by her sister, Ereshkigal who was ruler of the Underworld and was resurrected after three days.  She needed somebody to take her place in the Underworld, and she chose her husband Tammuz/Dumuzi who was not mourning for her.

Eris-discover Mike Brown pointed out that Eris has a Persephone-like orbit in that half of the time, it orbits away from Pluto. He thought Persephone of Proserpina was a suitable name for Eris, but the names were already given to asteroids.  Persephone/Proserpina was the daughter of Zeus/Jupiter and Demeter/Ceres niece/wife of Hades/Pluto. She was forced to spend Fall and Winter in the Underworld.

Loss of innocence, entrance into adulthood; child's trauma being separated from parent; acceptance of unavoidable changes; dying and being reborn (as opposed to Pluto which rules the causes/processes of death and rebirth); internal split causing longing to be whole, the longing of the soul for its other half;

Anunitum (Northern fish of Pisces) Anunitum was the patron goddess of the city of Akkad. She was closely affiliated to Inanna-Ishtar, who as the ‘Syrian Goddess’ was envisioned holding her sacred fish and dove. As a seasonal symbol the fish of Anunitum represents the spring floods when river carp swim upstream in swollen rivers to their spawning grounds. As a mythic symbol the fish guides the sun on its ascending path from the darkness of winter towards the spring.

Venus, the planet associated with Ishtar/Inanna conjunct the transneptunian dwarf planet with the Persephone-like orbit is very interesting and points to the theme of death and resurrection

Mars was associated with Nergal who was the war god ruler of the Underworld.

Nergal was the consort of Ereshkigal who was queen of the Underworld and Ishtar/Inanna's sister

The Mesopotamians knew constellation Cancer was  Al-lul which is a name which can refer to both a crab and a snapping turtle. On boundary stones, the image of a turtle or tortoise appears quite regularly and it is believed that this represents Cancer since a conventional crab has not so far been discovered on any of these monuments. There also appears to be a strong connection between the Babylonian constellation and ideas of death and a passage to the underworld.

Capella is the alpha star of Auriga

It is the 6th brightest star in the night sky

In Mesopotamian astronomy, Capella was associated with a constellation known as Gam. It was was associated with a scimitar or crook and the name may have referred to Capella alone or to the constellation Auriga as a whole. The star itself is believed to have been mentioned in an Akkadian inscription written as early as in the 20th century BCE. In Akkadian times, Capella may have been Dil-gan I-ku, meaning “the messenger of light,” or Dil-gan Babili, the patron star of Babylon. In Sumerian, it was called mul.ÁŠ.KAR, meaning “the goat star,” and in Assyria it was known as I-ku, “the leader,” meaning the leader of the year. The start of the year is believed to have been determined by Capella’s position relative to the Moon at the vernal equinox before 1730 BCE, when the Sun entering the constellation Taurus marked the beginning of spring.

Gavin White is confident that Gam would have been associated with the Mesopatamian shepherd god Tammuz/Dumuzi. By the Late Babylonian period, it was attributed to Marduk ,king of the Babylonian deities

Crook (Auriga) The Crook depicts a shepherd tending a goat-kid. It naturally symbolizes the spring-time when the majority of calves, lambs and kids are born in the cattle-folds. The shepherd also symbolizes the king, who figuratively guides his people on the paths of safety and security. The Crook therefore appropriately rises in the first month of the year when the king was enthroned and empowered to rule for another year.

Planets are out-of-bounds when their declination is more than 23⁰26'22" either north or south of the equator. The degree bounds, in this case, are the maximum northward and southward migration of the sun at the solstices, from an earth-based perspective.

Out-of-bounds planets supposedly act independently, and in an unsocialized but potentially creative manner.

With Mars and Pluto being in conjunction in both Ecliptic Longitude and Right Ascension and in parallel in both Ecliptic Latitude and Declination,  the combined themes of assertion and power were exceptionally strong
