This is a post about the 11th Harmonic Aspects.
They are created from dividing the circle into 11 sections.

5/11 is QuinqueUndecile 163°38'10''
Astrologers who consider only 30° series of aspects and use wide orbs may view the Undecile as a Semisextile (30°), the BiUndecile as a Sextile (60°), and the TriUndecile as a Square (90°). Some Astrologers may view the QuadriUndecile as the 165° aspect which has been erroneously referred to as Quindecile which was the name already given to the 24° aspect before Noel Tyl even wrote about the 165° aspect. Quindecile refers to divisions of the circle into 15 sections and not 15° just like the Undecile refers to divisions of the circle into 11 sections and not 11°. My Mercury is part of both a 15th Harmonic pattern and a 11th Harmonic aspect pattern.
I was first introduced to 11th Harmonic aspects in 2000 through Adze's Astroinsight Report program that I bought along with David Cochrane's Kepler program which I have upgraded to Sirius. Only the Undecile was included. My Astroinsight Report showed that I revealed that I have Sun Undecile Jupiter and Mercury Undecile Uranus.

I disagree with Adze's view about the 11th Harmonic being associated with Aquarius and Air.
I switched to the Sidereal Zodiac from the Tropical Zodiac over 6 years ago without looking back after I bought and read Babylonian Star-lore by Gavin White. After learning that the Mesopotamians viewed the constellation Gu-la (Aquarius) as representing the Mesopotamian God of Waters and Wisdom, Ea/Enki who had characteristics of both Poseidon/Neptune and Prometheus, I no longer view Aquarius as an air sign ruled by Uranus. Considering that Ea/Enki was God of Intelligence, I don't think that intellect is necessarily a characteristic of the air element. My Moon in Tropical Pisces is in Aquarius in Sidereal Zodiac and in the actual constellation Aquarius conjunct multiple main stars in the constellation Aquarius. Ea/Enki's sacred number was 40, and so I wonder if the 40th Harmonic Chart could be used into insight about things that Ea/Enki was associated with. Creativity is definitely one, and 40 is a number that is a multiple of 5. The 5th Harmonic is associated with creativity.

I have a 11th Harmonic Irregular Pentagon consisting of Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto's fellow transneptunian dwarf planet/candidate Sedna.
All aspects are within the 11th Harmonic proportionate orb of 1 deg 22 minutes which is based off 15 degree orb for Conjunction.

It's a detached object that might come from a hypothesized Oort Cloud. With the orbit in mind, Sedna can be viewed being Otherworldly, Nonconformist, "Out There" and Remote. I truly believe that my 11th Harmonic Irregular factor into my neurodivergence of Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD. There is no doubt in mind that my 11th Harmonic aspect pattern involving Uranus fit with my strong interest in Astrology, but I would prefer a nonconformist approach with Sedna in the mix. Saturn involved in the 11th Harmonic aspect is not just structure and discipline but also restriction, limitations, blockages, and delays. I had neurodivergent weaknesses that were treated with auditory therapy, speech therapy, phonics training, and motor skills therapy. I had reached developmental milestones later than neurotypical children.
David Cochrane noted that 11th Harmonic is often involved in mental and emotional disturbances. 11th harmonic is one of the first things that they looks at when there is something disturbed in the person, something unbalanced, something on edge because the 11 is very unstable and it feels like the 11 is reaching to 12. Mercury involved in the 11th Harmonic would definitely be an emphasis on the mental aspect of the disturbance. Uranus would definitely be involved in the instability, but Sedna would be the instability at a far greater extent as well as disturbance. I even have Mercury oppose Sedna with only 4 minutes of arc in Galactic Longitude! The Galactic coordinate system has been used by astronomers. The first galactic coordinate system was used by William Herschel in 1785. Michael Erlewine has noted the Galactic Coordinate system as A coordinate system that can be useful in Astrology. The Astronomy program Stellarium shows Galactic Coordinates for celestial objects. There are also sites that allow you to convert to Galactic Coordinates from other coordinates. Hopefully, Astrology programs will include Galactic Coordinates in the future.
When I was going over my theories about the Astrology of Neurodivergence 12 years ago, I did include the 11th Harmonic aspects as well as the 7th Harmonic aspects, 9th Harmonic aspects, and 5th Harmonic aspects for different reasons that I explained in detail.
David Cochrane (creator of Kepler Astrology Program) says that any aspect that has 11 in the denominator is very unstable, erratic, impatient, and rebellious which fit with neurodivergence quite a bit because they are not naturally conforming to arbitrary rules of society in regards to their physical being and thinking. Some other astrologers say that the 11th Harmonic is associated with social consciousness and the ability to reach beyond oneself for help which I also believe is common with many neurodivergents who are strongly aware and tolerant of differences because of their own differences which lead them to raise awareness about differences in people. From the looks of it, it seems that these aspects have an Aquarius/Uranian flavor.

Maybe they are not understood and realized until there is growth in consciousness and awareness.
Because the Trans-Neptunian objects are evolutionary intensified objects, higher vibration harmonic Trans-Neptunian aspects could be deeply profound to the point that they can be quite gifted but quite challenged at the same time. I wouldn't be surprised to find these type of aspects strong in the charts of people that have gone through significant traumatic experiences as well as people that have serious mental health problems due to not being able to cope with the evolutionary intensified energy operating on a highly subtle level. Of course, these energies could be strong in the charts of mystics, shamans, occultists, metaphysicians.
It really depends on how one chooses to use their energies.

There is a strong overlap and co-existence between neurodivergent conditions. There is also strong overlap and co-existence (medical use the term, co-morbidity) between neurodivergent conditions and mental illnesses. Dr. Harold N. Levinson noted that the symptoms of neurodivergence have been mistaken for psychological problems. Because of the overlapping and co-existence (medical term is co-morbidity) of Dyslexia with other neurodivergent conditions, he referred to neurodivergence in general as Dyslexic Syndrome which he believes stems from Cerebellar Vestibular Dysfunction.
Ron Davis , who is both Autistic and Dyslexic, recognized the co-existence between neurodivergent conditions too. He refers to neurodivergence as all part of what he calls Gift of Dyslexia. He also noted that neurodivergents have problems with processing in connection to disorientation

When I was doing a search for Astrologers with Mercury-Uranus minor aspects, I found out that my favorite astrologer Philip Sedgwick has a Mercury-Uranus 11th Harmonic aspect like I do! He has Mercury QuadriUndecile Uranus with an orb of only 2 minutes!
I checked to see if his Mercury QuadriUndecile Uranus is part of 11th Harmonic Aspect pattern. I turns out that it's the case. It's part of a very fine looking 11th Harmonic aspect pattern with Jupiter and Neptune. It's an Isosceles Trapezoid that consists of two Isosceles Triangles that overlap with each other. It has beautiful symmetry. This is definitely the astrological indicator of a genius.

It turns out that USA Sibley chart has Mercury, Mars, Haumea, Eris 11th Harmonic Isosceles Trapezoid that consist of 2 overlapping Isosceles Triangles. Haumea is a Trans-Neptunian Dwarf Planet named after The Hawaiian Goddess of Fertility and Childbirth. Pieces broke off from its body to form some of its 2 moons and objects referred to as Haumeids. In Mythology, Haumea's children sprang from different parts of her body. It has a very fast daily rotation of 3.9 hours. When observed, it looks like a spinning American football that has been kicked. Its maximum distance from the ecliptic is around 28° which is much greater than Pluto's at 17°.
Eris is a Trans-Neptunian Dwarf Planet named after the Greek Goddess of Discord. It's a scattered disk object. Its eccentricity is 0.43607. Its closest point to the Sun is around 38 AU of the Sun. Its farthest point from the Sun is around 97 AU. Its maximum distance from the ecliptic is around 44° which is close to the angular distance of the SemiSquare (45°) and much greater than Haumea's at 28°.
Uranus cannot compare to these Trans-Neptunian Dwarf Planets in regards to being unusual, and that should be considered in their astrological interpretations.
Linda Lee Berry's primary keyword for Haumea is Creative, Spiritual Birth. Her primary keywords for Eris is Unexpected, Unsettling Awareness.

The configurations look quite passion, intense volatile with a potential for great destruction and chaos even though there is a strong potential for being creative and breaking ground. There is great emphasis on diversity but also great discord. There is long history of great divisiveness, disturbance, instability and violence in USA. Mercury, Mars Eris, and Haumea in 11th Harmonic aspect pattern can easily point to great mental instability, disturbance that can involve violence. This configuration can also strongly reflect it being a military superpower with exceptional nuclear capability. I don't believe that nuclear power should be associated with only Pluto. I believe Pluto's fellow Trans-Neptunian Dwarf Planets should get that association too. The first detonation of a nuclear weapon occurred when there was a Mercury-Haumea conjunction with an orb of 37 minutes in arc in Right Ascension. There was a Moon-Eris opposition with an orb of 2 degrees, 32 minutes in Right Ascension. In Azimuth (Horizontal Longitude) there was a Mars-Sedna conjunction under 2 degree orb.
